Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cuckoos Delights. We take great pride in maintaining the highest quality and hygiene across our dry fruit and food products. Because of the nature of our products and strict health & safety compliance, we maintain a No Return / No Refund Policy.

1. No Returns

Due to hygiene, safety and quality concerns, we do not accept returns of any products once they are delivered. All sales are final.

2. No Refunds

Once an order is successfully placed and payment is completed, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. This includes situations such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong item ordered by the customer
  • Preference differences (taste, flavour, etc.)

3. Damaged / Tampered Package

If your order arrives damaged or tampered during transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos and unboxing video of the damaged package

After review, if the claim is verified, we may provide a replacement based on product availability. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address / phone number provided by the customer, or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply. No refunds will be issued.

5. Product Quality

Our products are freshly packed and undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. Taste or texture preferences do not qualify as product defects.

6. Changes to Return & Refund Policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the version posted on our website at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
